If your website is found to be infected with malware prior to migrating to our managed hosting environment, the cleanup and removal of malicious code are not covered under your service agreement and may require additional work.

If your website experiences downtime, we'll work quickly to restore service and get it back online. You can count on us to handle the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

However, we cannot assume responsibility for third-party theme or plugin development. If the developer of a theme or plugin discontinues support or maintenance, we will continue updating WordPress core and all other supported themes and plugins. This will remain the case unless the unsupported component causes a compatibility issue, security risk or other conflict that requires further action.

No. If you purchase website development and a maintenance plan together, your maintenance plan will only begin once the website has been completed and published. This ensures that you're not paying for maintenance and support while the site is still being built and that charges only start when your website is live.

Absolutely! You're free to upgrade, downgrade, modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Any changes will take effect upon your next renewal. You can manage all aspects of your subscription directly from the My Account section of your control panel.

Your credit card will be automatically charged each month on your billing date. We also offer payment by invoice. For more information, feel free to contact us or proceed with your order and select invoice as your preferred payment method during checkout.
